- Checking of Reinforcement (Typical Case) placed in position prior to concreting.
- To prepare fabrication/shop drawing for structural steel work, along with Bill of Material.
- To check the fabrication layout, fabricated work (Typical Case) during the execution.
- To take out the detailed quantities, preparing detailed cost estimate based on prevailing market rates.
- Preparing and invitation of pre-qualification tender for selections of the capable working agencies.
- To prepare the Tender document based on approved specifications and conditions of contract for award of civil work.
- To invite the offers from prequalified bidders, scrutinizing the offers with recommendation for the working agency.
- To check and certify the bills of the working agency.
